Viewing an Apartment
If you would like to set up a viewing for any of our apartments, please
call our office at (734) 761-8220. All of our contact information is
also listed to the right. You may also always
contact us with any questions you have
about an apartment or leasing from Post Realty.
Leasing Procedure
Once you are ready to lease, there are a few steps that must be completed.
- Call our office to make sure the apartment
you want is available and to schedule a time for the lease signing.
- Print and fill out our
rental application and make
sure to bring it with you to the signing.
- We use the standard University of Michigan off-campus housing lease
which can be reviewed
here.
If you are interested in 1337 Wilmot, 1323 Cambridge or 912 S. Forest,
you should also review the lease addendum for your property which is available
below. (Other properties do not require a lease addendum)
- Finally, come to the lease signing with the
first month's rent and your completed
application to sign the lease.
Payment Schedule
- Your first month's rent is due upon signing
lease.
- Your security deposit is due July 15th.
- Your cleaning fee is due when you pick up
your keys.
- Your rent is then due on the first of each
of the following months.
