Post Realty Resident Information
Parking & Towing
Parking is by permit only for buildings with parking, and the towing company is
Sakstrup's (971-7421). Cars without visible permits will be towed (i.e. not on
the floor of the car or in the tenant's purse, but hanging from the rear-view mirror.)
Update: Nov 2006. Repeat parking violations at
Forest Post have required us to allow the towing
company permission to drive-by the property and
tow all vehicles without parking permits.
Apparently some residents are paying the tickets
and immediately returning their vehicles to the
parking lot. This causes a problem for those
residents who do have parking passes.
Lock Out
If you are locked out, there is a $25 charge for someone to come out after-hours.
The resident manager at Forest Post is Nick in
apartment 6. If you are locked out of Forest
Post, please contact Nick. The resident manager
at Maynard House is David in apartment 404.
Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance (fire, flood, sewage backup, no heat),
call the Post Realty phone number and the answering service will
page a maintenance person to come out. If they are dispatched for
non-emergency calls like clogged toilets, etc., the tenant will be charged $75.
Utilities
Utilities, especially electricity, must be in the tenant's name.
